LDSPS intends to contribute to this local cycle of change in the areas in which it operates (to start in the areas out of the control of the regime).
Our organization is structured around local offices that are supported by a central team under the guidance of a Board of Trustees.
Our principles of action:
• Local presence in all the areas supported
• Local support in three fields: local coordination and capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, and funding of local projects
• Emphasis on the efficiency and the values of local partners, not on their size or the sector of activity of their project
• When possible, tight coordination with the elected/consensual local councils
