The “You Are Where Your Impact Is” project aims to cultivate and empower female leaders who can play an active and influential role at the local level. The initiative focuses on practical training and real-world engagement, enabling participants to apply their acquired knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Through tailored training sessions and workshops, designed based on thorough needs assessments of target institutions and the women involved, the project ensures meaningful empowerment and effective collaboration with women in leadership development.

Project Objectives:
