Building on our strategy of stabilizing and sustaining local councils, we focus on enhancing their primary role—delivering essential services to citizens. We aim to provide these services through local councils as key implementation partners, ensuring that service priorities are determined through a participatory approach with the community.

As part of this strategy, we have carried out multiple projects across various sectors to improve services for locals.

Key Projects Implemented

• Procurement of machinery to support waste management and debris removal, such as tractors, transport carts, Bobcats, loaders, and compactors.
• Water sector improvements, including purchasing equipment and drilling wells with essential tools such as pumps, generators, tractors, and water transport trailers.
• Renovation and rehabilitation of administrative buildings to enhance the capacity of local councils in delivering better services to the community.
